Stains, odours and pet hair. Extraction cleaning pulls contamination out of the fabric rather than spreading it across the surface.

The biggest disappointment in car care happens when a customer expects one result and gets another. So before starting we always say what to realistically expect — including when the answer is not what someone wants to hear.
If a coffee stain is two years old and has already dyed the fibre, we say so. If a scratch has gone through the clear coat and polishing will only reduce it, we say so. If the price after inspection turns out higher than the figure quoted over the phone, we agree it before starting rather than announcing it at the end.
It is also why we do not copy reviews onto our own website. On the Google profile they are exactly as customers wrote them, and anyone can check them there.
As of 6 September 2026 the Google profile shows 42 reviews with an average rating of 5.0 out of 5. All of them are public and available on the Google Maps profile — we can neither edit nor delete them.
Because a review copied onto a company's own website is no longer verifiable — a reader has no way to know whether it is genuine or whether anything was left out. On the Google profile you see every review, including ones we would not have picked ourselves.
Open our Google Maps profile and choose Write a review. It helps us if you mention the specific service — that tells the next customer far more than a general rating does.
Call us before writing a review. Most issues can be resolved: sometimes a repeat treatment is needed, sometimes it turns out the expected result was never clearly agreed beforehand. If we cannot resolve it, the review is still yours to write.
